Order Processing
All orders are packed by hand and with care. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with an Australian Post tracking number so you can keep updated on your delivery status.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard delivery: 4 - 6 business days
Regional delivery: allow up to 8 business days
Express Shipping
Need is faster? Delivery times can vary based on your delivery address, but typically arrives within 1 - 3 business days after dispatch.
Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery, and we want you to love every piece you receive. If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days after purchase, we’re here to help.
Faulty Items
If you believe your necklace is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we offer the following options:
- Repair (if possible)
- Replacement (subject to stock availability)
- Full Refund (if the item cannot be repaired or replaced)
What to Do
Contact us at bayofeve@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
Include:
- Your order number & Full name
- A brief description of the fault
- Clear photos/Videos showing the issue
We’ll assess the fault and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (if possible).
- We cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
- This policy applies only to manufacturing faults and does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
Our items are not water proof only water resistant!
